I have already gotten a loan and ask for an increase. My increase application was with drawn cause I didn't file 2019. Is it still late to file now and re-request?

Great question! It’s not too late to file. In fact, the sooner you file the better since the longer you wait the more penalties and fees will accrue.
Once you’re up-to-date with your taxes you can provide that to your lender as proof of income for 2019.
